3 Tips To create your Brand Voice

What is a brand voice? I’m so glad you asked! It’s the way you talk to your customers — on your website, video content, social media, ads, offers, etc.

It’s important to remember that people invest more when there is emotional connection, so you want your brand voice to connect with your audience and get them to believe in what you do. Pretty important, huh?!

So without further ado, here are 3 tips to create YOUR brand voice:

1. DESCRIBE YOUR BRAND IN 3 WORDS

Is your brand formal, quirky, laid back, or authentic? You’ll want to use vocabulary that align with those descriptions.

2. THINK ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE YOU WANT CUSTOMERS TO HAVE.

How do you want your audience to feel when they interact with your content? Do they feel welcomed, known, and understood?

3. BE YOURSELF

In the end your brand voice should align with who you are in real life. How do you talk to your friends, family, and people you care about? Are you naturally energetic, witty, or intellectual? Speak from that voice!
