Setting your product or service suite to include various streams (and timing) of income so that you can have more consistent cash flow into your business and offset expenses.
Here's an example:
A $35 monthly membership with 20 members in = $700/month
A $300 course launched 4x per year with 50 people in each time = $60,000 ($5k/month average)
A $4500 service with 2 spots sold per month = $9,000/month
T0TAL MONTHLY REVENUE $14,700
